I took 2 ecstasy tablets for the first time ever about 4 months ago and i was fine the day after despite being informed about "comedowns" and that sort of thing but i started to feel ill cold sweats dizziness and now for the past 4 months i have a constant feeling of pain in my chest/neck arm down the left side, numbness pain in the left side of my neck and back, tingly feelings in my hands and feet and I'm constantly exhausted i have been to the ER twice and seen a few doctors all blood tests and ecg have shown that nothing is wrong and it is most likely anxiety or whatever but I'm still skeptical I'm freaking out seeing things and having trouble sleeping if anyone has suffered from anything similar please let me know ?

You may have damaged some nerves from the E pills. Especially cuz you never took and you may have dosed too high.
I would advise a natural diet. Herbal tea, fruits and vegetables, vegetarian. Start walking, doing yoga, drink water, use good quality sea salt.
The body can recoup if you take care of it. I've always had alot of luck with yoga and healthy diet.
