I'm a 33 year old male (Smoker) Height 193cm, Weight 126KG. For 2 years now I have fairly constant pain in the left sire of my head, arm, chest and leg. I have been to hospital 8 times and EKG/ECG are all normal. Sometime the pain in my chest feels like a bolt of electricty. My GP has said that it is stress/anxiety related. I have had 3 stress test (including 1 nuclear) and all were normal. I have had a CT scan where they have injected die into my chest and this did not show any blocked arteries or anything. Last BP was 139/84.

Family history. Farther had first heart attack at 48 years old and suffers from Angina today. He still smokes!!!! He is currently 62 years old.

The pain in my arm is always in different spots including my fingers, hand, forearm and Bicep. It is mostly in the Bicep area. At time I have mimicing pains in the right side of body as well. At times I also have had pain in my lower legs also.

Dec 06 saw me have my first panic attack and I wound up in hospital for the night. All test were negative. Initlly I thought I was having a stroke as I couldn't breath and my legs went like jelly. Tropinin levels have always been zero in all blood counts.

All my doctors and believe me I have sought th eopinion of approx 6 GP's and 4 specialist are saying that it's stress/anxiety. I have changed jobs and am deffinately less stressed in my working environment now.

I have read alot on my symptoms (which I'm not sure is a good thing as I can match them to god knows how many causes) But i feel that Fibromyalga is the one that really fits.

I have pain in my left shoulder balde, Under my left arm, Left frotn chest (Different areas but always nearly near the middle of chest) At time I have also had facial tics, either in my eye lids or lips. I also seem to always have a constant lump on th eleft side of my throat.

As you can see I feel like i'm going crazy at times. Any insight would be very much appreciated.
