This is an old post, but it looks like no one has responded. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. It sounds like a serious one at that. See a doctor immediately, especially if you haven't since you posted. If you have and have been given antibiotics and have been experiencing dryness or still some discomfort in your abdominal area, start taking acidophilus. It can be purchased at a health food store and at some pharmacies such as Albertson's. I hope you get better!
And remember, after EVERY time you have sex, urinate. It will help you to prevent getting an infection.

Hon, it sounds like you have a bad urinary tract infection. Seek medical assistance immediately from a doctor. He should put you on some antibiotics that will cure the UTI. Along with the antibiotics, take acidophilus. This will help restore the good bacteria that your body needs that can be lost to the antibiotics.
To prevent future UTIs, urinate after EVERY time you have sex. If you feel the onset of a bladder infection, which includes a sweet smell, itching in the genital area, cloudy urine, and painful urination, take 500 mg of vitamin C every three hours and two 500 mg capsules three times daily of garlic. Drinking plenty of cranberry juice (100% juice, preferably, so there's not a lot of sugar) is also great for bladder infections.
I hope you feel better soon!
