The pressure will only get worse as your pregnancy progresses...the wee one is putting a lot of strain on your insides and will continue to do so.
The discomfort after intercourse is also normal...your cervix had 3x the blood volume in it and can be very sensitive....You can try different positions and ask your partner to take it a little easier as your body is going through a lot of changes and discomfort with no excersise at all will happen...you add in something as active as sex can be you will be sore afterwards....If the pain is severe or troublesome talk to your OB he might be able to offer you a little more advice since he can tell how you are carrying
