okay so i've never had sex but end of july i fooled around. i dont see how i could have gotten pregnant from that, but according to my period tracker app (which is always very accurate for me) it happened to be the day i was ovulating. i broke out in acne about a week later. then i got a period for 6 days august 7. ti is now december and i still havent gotten a period--NONE. i am usually regular. since then my face has been oily, i've lost a little weight, and i've been getting more hair. recently (past week or so) my lower abdomen has gotten larger which is usually for me, since i am very thin and it is normally completely flat. it is getting bigger. when i lay down and suck in my stomach, i can feel a distinctive HARD, large "lump" below my belly button that doesnt go down when i press on it. I took 4 hpts, all negative. now i'm having sharp pains in my abdomen on the left side. i have had no other pregnancy symptoms. COULD I BE PREGNANT??? or could it be a cyst or someting? i'm terrified.

Yes a pregnancy test should be accurate by now. What do you mean by "fool around?"
Since you haven't had your period in over 3 months, see your doctor. Yes, a cyst is a possibility.
