5 and 1/2 years old, sexually abused child boy having continuous smelly discharge from Penis :please

First of all BIG hugs to both of you! And my heart breaks - as a mother - for what your baby has gone through!

MANY children are afraid to go to the toilet, they will hold in stool and urine for a LONG time! Causing havoc! I suspect that he has a urinary tract infeciton! Phone your doctor and ask them to run a urinology screening! IF he is notorious for holding both 1 and 2, he could be coming consitpated and causing little hemmoroids! I take it that after the assault he was thoroughly checked out by a doctor! He should have had a pelvic exam and swab, as well as a throat! Were these things done!?

I sincerely accept your HUG and thank you for being nice to us. These days, It is hard to keep children safe. I sent him to a school. I do not understand what kind of teachers are in schools??? She had kids too.....There is question mark on schools???where kids should be learning good stuff.....teacher teaches them these scary stuff and send them out to such people for money.


That is passed now. I would like to concentrate on his health now.
Yes, we are done with those a year and half ago and i had the blood tests run for major sexual diseases this year too. Had Urine test for Chlamidia etc. but reports says nothing.
Thank you for your feedback; I think sometimes that I should contact Urinologist instead of pediatrics for it. Will you suggest that?

A pediatrician ESPECIALLY one that has been seeing a child with a sexual trauam! Will have NO problem running a urine culture summary and perhaps doing a pelvic exam on him - just to see if there are hemmoroids! How is he about being touched? IF he has a hard time with this, there ARE specialists in this field - at your local childrens hospital! If not you can get him to pee in the "cup" And also perhaps see if he has little bumps in his anus! I have afeeling that he will be VERY uncooperative for this - as most 5 - 6 year olds all of a sudden want "private time" Does he complain of "tummy aches"? Next time he goes pee smell his urine, note if it smells "sweet" or "pungent" Also if you CAN get him to pee into a clear conatiner, then take a look at if it is cloudy or there a "bits" in it! I would definitely ask for an appointment with the doctor! And rest assured that Urinary Tract Infections are VERY common and I truly feel this has NOTHING to do with the abuse OK!

As I wrote before urine culture summary and a pelvic exam has been done and find nothing. This discharge started the time of abuse and continuous for 1 and 1/2 year. I want it not be related to the abuse but as it started at the same time so i can't ignore it either.

OH sorry I thought you said Clamydia test! So this started IMMEDIATELY after the abuse? OR did it take about a week or so after? IF this little lamb has been suffering with this since the abuse I want you to NOT take "NO!" for an answer! Sorry to ask this honey, but was it a man or a woman who damaged him? Was the person tested for STI's? What I am concerned about is that some STI's don't show up on a screening till there are antibodies! I would REALLY like you to phone your pediatrician OR better yet your local childrens hospital and mention to them his symtpoms and when it happened and the results of the previous tests! When the person was arrested they would have ran a WHOLE wad of tests! Just also know that even though STI's are prevelant, they are NOT the majority! So IF this - s**m bag - was negative your child will be too! And this could have a lot to do with the abuse and a mental block - creating infections, etc. Either way you - as his mother - NEED to get to the bottom of this! Because IF it does turn out to be a STI! He needs treatment! Most STI's can be cured with a regime of anitbiotics! Was he tested for yeast infection too?
