My 5 year has one sore nipple. It is red and maybe a little swollen. She does not have eczema or any other skin condition. My friend has a daughter that experienced similar symptoms at a young age and she said the doc told her that was not uncommon. She has never experienced this before. Can this be considered normal if it goes away soon? Should I be concerned now?
