id rate his pain a 7 its in like my mid left breast . like between the middle of the 2 and the nipple
i am 6ft 330lb 15year old. work out 5 days a week. today had a very intense workout at 430. smoked smallllll amount of pot at 6 . and since like 530 ive had kind what feels like somone taking a finger and poking me in the chest. just the size of one finger. and i also feel light headed  and tired. but those could be from the pot. am i fine to go to sleep or shouldi  consult a doctor. im very big i am physically active and i have alot of muscle wieght on me not just fat
