Hi there,
I was taken off birth control from my doctor about 3 months ago. she told not to not expect my period to be regular for a while, so am not surprised I haven't had my period yet. My boyfriend and I, of seven years, have been using protection. Once or twice we were in the " moment" and only used the pull out method without condoms. Anyway, for the last week my nipples have been super super Sore. At first even to touch hurt, now its going away a little, but the pain is still there. My ovaries have been hurting as well. Though, I know that may be a sign of cysts. Also I took a pregnancy test, the two in one pack, and they came out negative. I don't know if I took it too early or what. But i don't know when I my last period was to take another one, because its been 3 months since my last one!
what are my chances of being pregnant?
Thanks!!

Hi Cat! The pull out method has a 60 - 75% effectiveness rate - this all depends on if there was any ejaculate and what time you had sex! Even though it is true that it takes awhile for your period to be correct, it should have happened by now! Did she take you off the pill for cystic reasons? IF so then if you have PCOS this affects your ovulating substantially and lessens your chances of becoming pregnant without treatment - depending on how many Cysts you have of course! Also PCOS can actually give you exact symptoms of pregnancy - as they mess with your hormones! So if you are totally sure there was no ejaculate then you are totally fine! Good luck and helath honey!

Hi, She just recommended me getting off of it because of the side effects it had on me! So I am just confused why I haven't gotten it yet, and why my breasts are sore! Thanks for the comment back!

Hi Cat: I would like you to ask for a pregnancy blood test! To rule out or in! Then depending on the outcome, could you ask for an internal vaginal ultrasound, I would like to find out if you have cysts - which would be giving you signs of pregnancy!
