Well I'll get straight to my problem. I am a 24-year old man and have a problem whenever I get an erection. I don't usually have this problem, but it has been recurring in the past 2 years or so. I've been to a urologist and has given me a treatment with the pills ciproxin but it came back again now after like 3 months, maybe a little more. Anyway, whenever I get turned on even a little, and start to get an erection or do get one, I get a subtle burning sensation, well more like a hot sensation rather than burning. And then sometimes it feels sort of itchy inside. And sometimes it hurts a bit after the itching, all in the same spot inside. Because of this I can't even get a full erection... What's wrong with me? :-(

Ciproxin is an antibiotic. Since it seemed to go away the last time you were on the antibiotic it may be a bacterial infection.
I'd suggest you go back to your urologist. Did they do a culture last time?
Bacterial infections can sometimes be difficult to treat. It is possible that you'll need another antibiotic or take it for a longer duration.
Please don't let this continue. You don't want the infection to spread.
