Hi there, I am in the midst of being tested for crohns and celiac, i have had diarrhea like symptoms, really soft stool, or liquid, pasty, dark, greasy, a lot of upper and lower and pelvic abdominal pain. Most recently, blood work brought back that my b12 is 150, which in my doctors eyes is low, please help me find out what is wrong with me, im starting to become dizzy, and irritable, i cant seem to keep anything in my stomach, feel like im gonna vomit, but I cant, I aslo have a lot of pressure on my abdomen, and it feels like there might be a blockage there, when i go it feels like i have to go real bad, get to the washroom, and I cant go, when i finally go, its diarrhea,
