I wouldn't worry, if you took morning after pill it can make your cycle very irregular. I have taken it in the past and had a very, very late period. Your chances of pregnancy are extrememly low, as he didn't ejaculate inside you and you took the pill within a very short time period after, when it is most effective. The symptoms you are experiencing are most likely due to your menstrual cycle changing. It will get back to normal but will take some time for your body to adjust since the pill alters your hormone levels and will put things out of sync for a while :)
