i have chest pain while iam starts to study my 1st year, then in my 2nd year it increased than in my 1st year, now iam studying 3rd year, now its paining heavily, then one important thing is i was started my studies in cold climate place, before that i was lived in normal place only. please tell me the reason of paining and precaution for this paining.
