Yea dude - that's a tough one. There is nothing wrong with masturbating. Every 14 year old does it!!! Parents don't want their kids to grow up... They also (usually) don't want to know about their kids sex life...and masturbating is part of that. It IS something private - so you need to make sure she doesn't find out you're doing it if this is her option.
I'm sure your uncles did it, though. I don't know what kind of relationship you have with your uncles - but maybe you can talk to them about it.

I too say that 18+ i sthe age for all that, because if you get into all that now. you will have concentration only on that . - Many do not watch porn

However the issue raised here is not so much masturbation per se, but porn induced masturbation. Despite its appeal, porn is dangerous, which is why it is age restricted!

36 seems a bit unrealistic. Maybe you could talk it over and bargain her down to a more realistic age... like 16.
As for masturbating, it's a healthy habit that boys should learn at an early age. (A United Nations panel has recommended that it should be taught to kindergartners as part of their early sex education.) A UN panel recommendation does not justify anything that goes against cultural, familial or religious standards. Many are unhappy about 'kindergarten' sex education, and things that are culturally and/or religiously sensitive should be left to the parents to determine what is taught and when. False, I masturbated around 12-14 and had a completely different experience. I think it helped me relieve that sexual stress I needed at that age. But porn is bad and can make you have false expectations about sex and women.
