After getting the birth control we waited the 7 days and then continued to make love

Hi,  I got the implant in my arm on October 22nd. I had a period the week before. Me and my boyfriend did have sex earlier that month, but he never came inside of me. After getting the birth control we waited the 7 days and then continued to have sex. Each time after the 7 day wait he has came inside of me. I received my period November 7th and had it for 16 days. Honestly, I think that was a product of my birth control. Soon after, I started to get pregnancy symptoms. I have tenderness in my boobs, I still have cramping/boating, and I feel nauseous. I took a pregnancy test last Saturday and it was negative. This week my symptoms have worsened. My boobs feel heavy and I don't want to touch them at all. The nipples are even sensitive to touch, the nauseousness is worse, I have a dark line that appeared from my belly down to my pelvis(never was there before), cramping/bloating, I have been super gassy, and even my stomach feels bloated all the time. to me it doesn't make sense because I'm on birth control, but is there a possibility that I am pregnant
