Post Abortion, Pregnant again,8 days after the only chance to conceive?

Unfortunately I had an aspiration procedure abortion done Jan 19th- after 48 hours you are able to start having sex again and should wear protection for at least 2 weeks after the procedure and until you have started a form of birth control. I had sex 12 days after the procedure. Unfortunately it became unprotected and I haven't started birth control. I know that I could be fertile right after the termination. I had sex 12 days after (8 days ago) and only that one night and now I don't know if its in my head but I am feeling light cramping and idk how to describe it but feeling kind of pregnant again ( I will 100% be keeping it if this could be true and am happy too) I went to the dr today and took a urine test and a blood test. I won't receive the blood test for 1 to 2 days which will determine my hcg level. The urine test came up cloudy slightly postive. The only time I could have conceived was 8 days ago- so this could have been light bc its so early in the pregnancy- or it could be left over from the last recent. With the aspiration procedure levels could go away completely within 2 weeks however its not impossible to have a false neg. I am feeling light preggo cramps but idk if it is in my head or what. Very tired these past 2 days but I can't tell if its any tired than usual. Woke up with a headache yesterday that stayed the most of the day worsened last night and woke up with it this morning( can be from stress also) milky discharge this morning I almost though I got my period that's how heavy the discharge was. My boobs which killed me last time I don't think are sore or tender just yet. They were supper painful last time. What do you guys think? I feel like I am very knowledgeable but if this were someone else telling me this I can't think of what I would think. When my blood test comes back they'll chekx my hcg level and retest again in a few days to see if there's an increase or decrease, in the meanwhile. Is it possible I have gotten pregnant 12 days after abortion. I would embrace it if I were but I'm not sure. Light cramps and flutters and little pains here and there are confusing me most I think.
