after having sex how can i know i am normal or preganant

Hello, so i am really really scared. So it all started back in Novemeber when I decided to have sex with this guy however since i was a virgin i couldnt do it all the way, it hurt. The next day i freaked out and took plan b. This was before thanksgiving and literally 2 days after my period was finished. Then 3 weeks later, in the middle of december I got my period again. Im guessing it was all because of the pill so I was happy it worked. My period lasted about 10 days. Then again on the last day of my period i decided to have sex again this time he did not really go inside me or ejaculate inside me. He just rubbed it and tried to put it in. So i told him to stop and i did not take plan b after this incident. Now its been almost a month after that incident and I have no gotten my period. Is it plan b messing it up? I took 2 pregnancy tests at home which were negative and one at doctors which was negative. Why is it not here yet. Freaking out
