hi i am 12 years old and turning 13 in a month. summer is in a month also and all i want is a tighter stomach. i am 4'10 and 119 lbs. i have soccer practice twice a week and a game every weekend and im not loosing anything. i can admit im not that heavy but theres no way i can put this body in a bikini. i need to get my stomach tighter and get rid of the love handles. help me out?

Very basic and important advice for your age kids do not eat junk food. It is a root of obesity...

I don't eat junk though. I'm always eating fruit veggies fish and meat
