Hi I'm only 12 and I weigh 140 lbs 

im 5'3 and I don't drink soda or juice but I still eat junk food I really wanna lose weight I don't look fat but I feel heavier and it get more tired easily I really want a flat stomach and smaller shoulders.

For your shoulders I don't know what to do
I've got big shoulders too! Big shoulders show that you're strong and that you practice swimming !
