i weigh 250 lbs at a 5'5 (female) 13 year old. i eat lunch at school so i really cant plan out all of my meals. How can i visibly loose a bunch of weight by August 2014??! (today is March 1st 2014. gives me 5 months) please help!

if you drink lots of soda then reduce soda and sugary stuff consumption by more than half of what you eat now. dont fill your stomach 100 percent leave it bit empty so you feel like you are bit hungary after eating food. ofcourse excercise like jogging and running. aslo eat less meat.

To be honest. It's not about dieting... It's a matter of putting so much fruit and veggies into your diet that you have no room for c**p. Not only that, but research some if the ingredients in fattening foods, and you will NOT want to eat them. Also, drink a lot of water: most times when people think they're hungry, they're really just dehydrated. Also, believe it or not, but wearing makeup and watching TV can lead to weight gain. The makeup clogs pores, and leads to breakouts... When you breakout you feel upset and reach for the doughnuts. As far as the TV, the food commercials speak for themsvelves, just seeing them can make you feel false hunger... Maybe try Netflix? I am 14 as well, and I just lost 20lbs on this lifestyle. I also gained muscle by walking to school, and trying a lot harder in gym class. Hope this helped!
