Well I'm 5ft7, 13 and a girl. I weigh 113 pounds (8.13 stone). My question is am I healthy or not? I'm not too sure if I exercise well so: Monday: tae kwon do - 2hours Tuesday: P.E lesson - 45mins Wednesday: nothing Thursday: nothing Friday: tae kwon do - 1hour P.E lesson - 1hour and a half Saturday: nothing usually Sunday: nothing usually I don't eat much and its under what I should be eating calorie wise. I'm not really too bothered about all of that but I look fat, that's the problem. Should I worry about it?

I happen to be 5'7" and when I was 13 my weight varied between 115 and 125.  I was in gymnastics and played soft ball and ice skated every day.  I was lean and well toned.  You are not over weight and you have many physical activites.  There is just no way you could be over weight.  However, you seem to think you look fat.  That is psychological.  You are not seeing yourself properly.  Has someone made you think you are fat and belittled in some way that makes you feel somehow inferior or in this case fat.  You need to put that out of your mind and any self doubts you might have.  Just continue as you are and you should be fine.
