hi i'm a female 14 year old. I want to loose wieght but i'm not that fat i weigh 55kg and thats average but, I want to get the body shape when i go out and i have quite big thighs. I really dont know what to do help!!!

My suggestion is to tone and find a friend to do this with you. You can get little hand weights at Goodwill or nearest thrift store for 3-5 dollars. I know that we all want instant results in a world that tells us we need them but your young and the best thing to do is take an assessment of what your habits are first. Just write down what you eat and drink for a week and don't leave out even a piece of gum. Then you can decide after that for yourself what you think would be best for your body. I myself have always had the best luck with several healthy snacks throughout the day, small meals. Don't wait until your starving to eat and grab a salad first before a meal. Stretching tones better than you think. Hope this helps.

Your weight is actually ideal for you, but if you feel like you can improve your body to fit your standards try joining a gym,doing workouts at home, or running at your local track. You can tone up your muscles to make you look great and feel great. You should also pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth. Even though you are not fat, EVERYONE needs to be mindful of proper nutrition. Eat foods with less fat content. Eat healthier foods and drink water. If you drink soda every day a week, try and lessen that. Drink it only on weekends. Substituting soda with water will be very beneficial to your health. Good Luck.
