Hello. I'm 27 year old male and I have never had any problems with my skin. I have passed through my puberty with no acnes or any other usual skin disorder for this age.
But recently I have noticed few red spots on my right side of neck, so I have thought they were acnes but when I tried to squeeze them it caused massive bleeding. I stopped the bleeding, but it got me worried.
One time I have mentioned this to one friend of mine and he told me that this could be some serious condition called angioma and that I should touch it. How serious this can be?

Well, I didn’t know much about this condition but I have knew that it is some kind of tumor. So, I did some research on my own and found out that I was right- an angioma is a benign tumor that consists of small blood vessels.
You have described one of the smallest types of angioma called cherry-like angioma.
If I may add- you are lucky because they can be very big and bleed profusely when they are injured.
No one knows exactly what causes them but it is not some serious condition. Most of them can be removed by electrodessication- method
in which doctor remove it using one electric needle.
