its possible that she is very tight. Is she a virgin? If this is the case you may want to stretch it out a bit by inserting a finger or two until it gets larger. The vagina is very stretchy though so even if the hole is small you could just push in and it will stretch over your penis. Use a lot of lubricant, this will make it easier.
