I am looking into multiple sclerosis and its treatment possibilities. I read some treatments are effective for some forms of the disease, but I couldn't find out anything about the treatment for primary-progressive MS? Is there any? If you are aware of such things, please let me know. Thank you.

There is no cure for primary-progressive MS or any other form of MS, and those with primary-progressive MS face a difficult life. Often, medication to manage the pain and enable to patient to function better on a day to day basis (like medication that help the patient swallow better) is offered and may or may not work. As for effective treatments, there are none.
