I know that treatment of chronic-progressive Multiple Sclerosis can be a challenge, and that it's more difficult that some other types of MS when it comes to medications choices. Mitoxtrantone has shown to be the most universally effective drug for chronic-progressive Multiple Sclerosis, though it does not work for everybody with chronic-progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Most of the time, trial and error is a factor when it comes down to it. I do think that mitoxtantrone will normally be the first drug a doctor suggests.
