Anyone have any ideals what is going on with me?

I have been having problems with my bowels for about 1 year now. It started with a feeling of something moving in my stomach and at times it was so strong you could see whatever it was moving from just looking at my stomach. Then came months of loose bowels followed by a few months of severe constipation with extreme gas and when i belch the odor is awful as if i had had a bowel movement in my mouth. Now i always check my stools for anything abnormal due to having these constant bowel problems. 4 weeks ago i had a bowel movement thanks to laxatives and i passed a reddish brown pill like object. Upon removing and inspecting it i noticed it was a clear hard plastic casing with a pin hole on one side and when i squeezed both ends a gel like substance came out of the pin hole. It is reddish brown in color so i took one to my doctor and she tested it for blood but it was negative. The doctor said whatever this is it looks to be man made. I do not take any medicines that look like or even resemble this object. The doctor cut one in half and tried to pull it apart and it was like rubber inside, now this was 2 weeks after i had first passed one. When they first come out you can squeeze this gel like substance but after i placed it in a zip lock baggie to take to doctor it got harder. Now so far i have passed 4 of these and 2 came out last night when i had a bowel movement due to taking exlax. i wish i could post a picture to show you this. The only thing i can say this object resembles is a generic ibuprofen. Anyone have any ideals what is going on with me? The doctors checked me about 6 months ago, they did a stool sample and blood work and found nothing. I seen my doctor last week and she ordered blood work again and checked my stool for blood but it has been a week and i have heard no results as of yet so i am assuming once again everything is negative.
