I have done a lot of work on my body over the last year and I am proud to say that I am now a size 10, which is my ideal size. I am really happy, only there is still one problem, and that is the belly fat that I should still get rid of. What do you think is the best way to lose the last remaining belly fat? I know it's got to be exercise, but the question is which exercise?

Dew some push ups and you should be fine, just keep it up you are doing a great job!

A mixture of aerobic exercise several times a week and also resistance training with light weights is best. I also started on a vegetable and fruit juice program for breakfast and lunch and it worked great.
