I have been on these injections for 9 months (since June), I haven't had a period since December, definitely not pregnant. Also gained 6kg in weight and I still don't know if the injections are helping or not.

If you are experiencing missed/ delayed periods because of the b12 you need to report it as it is not listed as a side effect

I also have yet to have the first injection but my period was very very light and I’m approaching mine with no symptoms at all. I’m definitely not pregnant. What should I do?

I have PA also! Sucks. I have to give myself a shot every 2 weeks. I've had this for 2 years now! Anyhow I had a 1 day spotting in July around the 18th 2018 and 1 day spotting the 1st of August. Ovulation the 6th of August. Took first responce got positive positive 2 pink lines. Next day I took the test again and all three tests were negitive. I'm going crazy as is my fiance. 1 day positive next day neg. Veryy confused. I have all symptoms of being pregnant. Dark blue veins on chest, nausea, headaches, moody, I'm 13 dpo so I'm just going to wait it out and see if AF comes. Let me know your thoughts. I was so excited till I got the negative.

I don't know if anyone is checking this thread anymore but I'm also in the same position. I am B12 deficient, I had my very first B12 shot at the beginning of November and it's now beginning of January and I haven't had my period since the week of the shot. I am never late with my period and I have taken about 4 pregnancy tests, all negative. This is driving me nuts and kind of freaking me out. What ended up happening to some of you in the end?
