Bartholin Gland Abscess Recovery WEIRD

So last week I developed a bump, well I tried to pop it... NEVER DO THAT! The next day I woke up and couldn't move. It grew to the size of a half dollar and huge. Sore, red, swollen. I sat in scalding hot water just to relieve the pain, I couldn't move without crying. I went to sleep one night with a hot pack on my lady parts, when I woke up.. It had burst! For several hours a little at a time, a thick bloody puss would squeeze out. I started on clindamycin for 3 days afterwards. Well here is where it gets complicated. The morning after it burst, I had a swollen lymph node in my groin that was very sore, that's why I kept on with the antibiotics. It got smaller and smaller but now it's still just a tiny penny sized, fairly flat, hard lump. I assumed it would just go away. Okay now even weirder.. Earlier this evening, I was in the shower and decided to.. Well you now, pleasure myself.. Eek embarrassing. I just went to feel the bump, and around it feels like there's water in there! It's sloshy!!! Any advice at all!?
