i have recently been having a constant belly ache for about 5 days now and the often time feeling sick mainly at about 4 in the morning or during midday and in the evenings. on the 1st day i recieved sharp pains on my belly which hurt and made my body jolt with pain. today on the5th day i recieved the jolts again but harder. what is wrong with me?
