I found lump on my left testicle, red with black top. It doesn’t itch or cause pain. I also felt pain and discomfort when walk or sit. That’s because my skin around the rectum is blistered and sore. Certainly am going to visit dermatologist, but have an appointemt in 3 days. What can this be?

It can be gonorrhoea, Chlamydia or another st infection. Prostate disease is also not excluded. Do you suspect on sexual transmitted infection? I had Chlamydia once, but symptoms were not like yours now. Maybe something is going to change in next 3 days.
