Hello . My main concern is that . I had both of my ovaries and both of my tubes removed 3yrs ago . And I had no bleeding after I became full blown menopause. Well today I was noticing i was bleeding . And has some server cramping in my left lower abdomen what is happening? Is this something I need to see a doctor for.
