I'm 36 I've been on depo injection for 4 years , it stopped my periods straight away , never bled or had spotting once , for the last 3 days I've been having a show only when I wipe myself , not enought to call a period , I feel heavy in my stomach but no period pains , thus to me is out the norm , should I be concerned ??
