I'm 13 and yesterday I went to the washroom to urine and when I wipe ther was blood. I thought that I got my period. But the next day I woke up and went to the bathroom and after I urined I checked the toilet and there was a puddle of blood. Also when i go number 2 there is a bit of blood.I don't know if this is normal or not. Please help, I'm really scared.
