Blister/bump on bikini line crease. How do I make it go?

So i have a small blister on the front part of my vulva in the crease where the panty line is. It arose after I shaved my bikini line and then put on a thong and went out dancing all night. Im assuming its from the irritation of the underwear and sweat. I thought it could have been an ingrown hair but I have picked at it and find no hair. Does anyone know what this is and how I can make it heal fast. It has been 3 days and has gone down a little in size but is still unsightly. I really need help coz I am long distance dating and I see my boy in 4 days after 4 months apart, but its still fragle. Help.
