I have had blood blisters on tip of my penis ever sense being beaten with a belt naked.

Last night I noticed a scab on the tip of my penis to which there was not a recent injury. I pulled the scab off because it was very hard.

I also have another hard area on the tip that has recently developed and it is actually irritating because it is raised hard area.

Why would I be getting these things? And is there a way to treat these older blood blisters that have never gone away? ? [/img]
