Hi. My penis tip/meatus has a sort of red raised circle around it and my frenulum attatches to the bottom of the meatus. A few years ago I pulled my forskin back for first time and kept it clean since, i dont know if this is relavent but I was wondering whether I could have got a yeast infection which I have had for a while now. I put canesten cream on it and it did clear up to a certain degree but not fully, then when I stopped it went back to how it was.

Any thoughts and advice would be good. is the frenulum meant to connect there aswell?
