So yesterday, like an id**t I was using an object ill-advised for anal play (it was the head of a toilet brush, however it was perfectly smooth, and only about 3/4 of an inch wide). Initially I was attempting to fit a large handle of a screw driver (again, perfectly smooth) into myself, but to no effect, all I felt was tingling and the inability to fit the handle. So once I realized I was unable to fit the object I moved onto the only thing I had at hand ~ The brush. Which I washed the handle of for 10 minutes, using 2 different kinds of soap. I was using a lube, a natural cream good for healing cuts and bruises ~ I'm not exactly sure what its made of, by I know its not detrimental. In a way I suppose it was good that I was using said cream because perhaps it will help me in my current predicament.
Anyways, after having the brush in me for a second, no more than 4-6 inches, I pulled it out an noticed specs of blood just on the top of the brush, I did not see any along the sides. As I pulled the brush out I noticed a slight sticking feeling and I suppose this could have been problematic. But as the blood was on the end of the brush handle I assumed the wound was further inside.
The bleeding was pretty mild, only the few specs on the top of the handle and when I wiped with toilet paper I only got two dabs of blood before the bleeding stopped for the night. This morning I woke up and pooped, the bleeding did not begin again and I did not see any blood in the stool itself, however right as I was wiping I found a small amount (a fleck) of what appeared to be dried blood on the toilet paper. This has me slightly worried, but I read about much worse cases, so I am unsure of what to do. (It has now been around 6 or 7 hours since the incident).
Another thing I was wondering was if the larger object I tried to insert caused some damage, but the damage was not immediately apparent and the injury was either worsened or became noticeable with the second insertion.
In essence, I just want to know if I have to see a doctor, how to treat this if I do not see a doctor, and how worried I should be about the fleck of blood I saw today. Also, i'm guessing with the minimal discomfort and slight bleeding it must be a small fissure? A would imagine a bigger hole, or other injury would cause much more bleeding ~ Unless I suppose there is anyway the blood could be trapped inside without flowing freely...
PS. The blood initially was bright red.
