blood in bm

My husband has been showing all sorts of signs. He recently told me he had blood in his bm. He's been losing a lot of weight, loss of energy, loss of apetite. He's recently showed signs of depression. He has to imediately go the the bathroom the second food hits his stomach and not once is there 'no' blood in the stool. He's having headaches, and cramps, and sometimes he feels dizzy. He's also started to show sings of narcalepsy on top of those ...he's hallucinating about three times a week, falling asleep at the wheel. Even with full night sleep he's falling asleep at work. I dont know what all these mean. he went to doctor and doctor told him it was stress. He's was above stress; he was very happy with our new daughter and such. He became miserable after his symptoms got worse. i think that doctor is a quack. PLease help me and tell me what you think...
