I apologize if a similar topic was already posted -- I searched but found nothing really similar to what I'm dealing with.

I am 21 years old & had an abortion two years ago (please don't give me grief about this, I took my birth control pill religiously & we never went without a condom & always pulled out, so it was a pure accident). Up until then, my periods were like clockwork. Now, after the procedure, even though I am still on the same birth control I was taking before, I get brownish-black discharge one week before my period starts, & it is usually kind of a sticky consistency and clumpy like a blood clot; sometimes it is more stringy, though. A few days ago, my boyfriend & I had sex & when I went pee afterward, I was spotting light red on the toilet paper. I don't know if all of these things are connected, but I figured I'd at least give a little background. Also, I went for my regular checkup to the gyno in April & have no STDs, but my Pap Smear came back as "abnormal." I have been doing a little research but found it could be an array of things, so I was hoping to get a reply on here!

Does anyone have any input on what could be the cause of these problems? Any response is GREATLY appreciated!
