My 74 yr old mom fell severly about 6 - 7 weeks ago. She was rushed by ambulance to hospital and they said she had concussion and to keep an eye on her. Ten years previously she had BAD fall but did nothing about it. On April 1 she had stroke like symptoms and was rushed to hospital. They put hole in top of her head to drain fluid and releave pressure. She was coherent and responsive for 2 days then they had to open her skull up and operate.

Approx. 4 days after brain surgery they moved her to a rehab facility. She was ok for a few days talking slowly and kind of jumbled. Now she is relapsing and not talking, always sleeping.

What should I be asking the doctors?
