Ive been taking the microgynon pill for well over 6 months now and have never missed a pill. Last month i had a particularly heavy period compared to usual, this may have been due to taking the morning after pill due to being sick. However this month ive noticed my period is more of a thick brown discharge. There has been some slight red blood but its mainly been brown all the way through. It started the usual day, was still the same amount and lasted the same amount of days. The only difference in it being it is brown instead of the usual red. Can anyone suggest why this is?
