I had a blood clot thing and thought that I was starting my period however, for a week in a half or 2 weeks I have only been having brown on a napkin after I wipe no need for a pad, but I'm wearing one in case. Has anyone ever heard of this I need some answers if you know please let me know thanks

i have PCOS and i have that exact same problem only brown spotting not really any need for a pad my dr told me that it was me trying to start my peroid and that it was old blood and that it was normal for me to have this problem but it still does not seem right and also sometimes i have this problem for a week or two them my peroid comes but it red blood but still only when i wipe i really do not need a pad but i wear one anyway so i do not know if this help but maybe it will a little
