very light period or spotting lasting over 30 days-awwwwwww

Im 25 and well my periods have been very irregular since i can remember but i had them. now since i had my daughter (shes 4 now) my periods have been deminishing year after year and now since april 1 i've been getting very light periods and then it will go away for one day and then come back then it goes away and then come back. its more like spotting(like i could use a pantyliner instead of pad) <----that light! then when i go pee pee like clots or stuff come out . when i go pee that when i see the blood come out more. like my pee is cleanin whats in there or something and its been going on for 30 days now so it comes and goes. I have cramps once in a while. NOW i want to get pregnant again and this situation is stopping me from getting pregnant. Im very frustrated. im well 210 lbs so i know im big. could my weight be causing this? will it go away on its own i dont have insurance to go see a doctor so i need some feed back if u had this problem and got help please let me know !
