I am 29 years old and for last month I realized that before my period started there was some brown discharge coming out of me. It seemed like every day it was getting darker and darker and darker. This would go on for about seven to ten days. While this is going on I feel no more or anything. After this dark brown discharge is finish then I sart bleeding which I assum is my period and this last for about 7 days. The same process with brown discharge is happening again this month. this is very strange to me. I am very scared. What should I do?.

XD not to worry i have that at times it is just old blood. most women have it after there period. the only worry if u are just haveing that and not your period. but if u are haveing both dont worry. i know it is a pain cause u are haveing both cause that is longer u hace to wear pads and tampons. want i do is just wear a liner when i have the brown period. and tampoons when needed so u dont get sore. i hope this helped
