2 weeks ago my penis started aching inside of the helmet area, and a slight cold burning feeling on the tip. with a sensation like a dripping inside of the penis. Also between the anus & testicle area there has been ache which is worse when I sit down, if I stand stand it relieves it. On the urethra pipe, the veins inside the urethra seem painful to touch or irritated.
There is no pain when I pass water. I get a delicate sensation feeling that I want to pass urine a lot, but not a lot always comes out. There is no skin rash of any sort on the penis.
I have had 3 urine samples taken in the last 2 weeks but none of them have shown an infection. I was given trimethoprim antibiotics but they did not help in any way.
I have also had a full blood test which has shown no prostate problems, high colesterol, and doctor wants to test blood again for kidneys.
I also have high blood pressure, and a general feeling of being unwell, tired, dizzy, blurred vision.
This is the 3rd time in 20 years I have had this same problem, and the last visit to a urologist where I had a tube inserted inside bladder and nothing was found. Antibiotics were prescribed for a viral infection and they cleared it up in 3 days.
They also examined my prostate by hand and this was ok.
Has anyone had similar type symptoms, or can shed any light on this for me.

I have the exact thing also. I have had it a few times in the past, was tested via urine for stds, given antibiotics, but the results always came back negative. I don't know. It seems to comer on worst during high stress and after drinking.

dog1, have You got any blood results so far?? Sounds like possible diabetes (blurred vision fatigue). Let us know.
