Hi. about a week and a half ago I got my period for the second time in the same month. It was very light and mostly spotting but now for the past 2 days it has been very very heavy. For about 3 or 4 days my vagina had been tender to touch, and it burns when I wash myself/wipe after using the bathroom. It is very much like the feeling of having a yeast infection, but without the discharge. Also, I noticed that there are cracks inside my labia minora and some of my skin peeled off around it and now it's red and it burns. I'm getting really worried and do not know what this infection could be.
