Burning in my urethra after having unprotected sex with my gf

it sounds like you picked up urinary tract infection (UTI). If there are other symptoms like discharge or swelling, than you also might want to get tested for STD. Even if it's only a UTI, you'll need to see your family doctor who'll prescribe you the antibiotics that clear up the problem really quickly. The same goes in case STD is causing the burning, only if all that your experiencing is burning while you urinate with or without the need to urinate more than usually, chances are you just need to see a family doctor and get treated for urinary tract infection. Also, you can wait a day or two to see if the symptoms will subside – it might be just that your urethra is irrtated
