Hi everyone, I am experiencing a pain on the outisde of my right knee which after a while spreads down to my calf. Actually my calf doesnt really hurt that much, it just gets super super tight.
Anyways, I was at the ortho back in Jan for an ITB issue. I had a pain in my gleuts and he ran xrays and immediately said its the ITB. He recommended stretches and whatnot.
Well, now its is gone in that area but now I have pain elsewhere.
My last two longer runs have been terrible. On the first I had to stop and walk and on the second I walked but then did some ITB stretches and could run a bit more. Anyways, I have no pain while walking only when running. Also, If I cross my legs under my desk for a long period it hurts. Is this still ITB related? The xrays showed nothing else going on with my knee. I have a bunch of runs coming up and I am losing speed at a rapid pace and not gaining much distance!!! Thanks for the help.
